Directions for hair growth stimulation/scalp dryness: Apply to scalp at least twice a week or as needed. Massage oil into scalp for up to 10 minutes after application. For moisture sealant: Apply oil to damp hair AFTER you've applied your favorite cream moisturizer/styling product. For fine hair/weekly treatment: Apply a generous amount from root to tip, and leave in for 30 minutes covering with a plastic . Shampoo, condition, and style as desired.
